Support UK technical team to establish performance standards for all raw materials & accessories.
Coordinate & manage main range print fabric requirements / technologies / new developments.
Provide input to research and development of both raw materials & accessories.
Manage specific development projects to ensure successfully completed in line with key milestone dates and cost.
Aware of specific market intelligence and innovation both in terms of raw materials and products to support the product strategy.
Evaluate, monitor and report the performance of all existing and proposed vendors and provide technical support where necessary to resolve both performance and compliance issues.
Undertake technical file for vendors, Lab dip & Hanger and strike off control and management.

5 to 7 years Textile Testing experience and Materials Development / Manufacturing experience.
Essential Qualifications or equivalent : Certificate in colour measurement and control.
Certificate of competence in Physical and Colour Fastness Textile Testing.
Certificate in fibre and textile construction.
Well experience in Materials Merchandising on a global scale for an international brand or High Street retailer.
Sound knowledge of fibre & fabric construction, colour measurement, textile technology and fabric print production e.g. Wet print, Digital, Sublimation, Rubber.
Detail - oriented, initiative, good team player, strong communication skills and sound analytical and problem solving skills.
Good command of English and Mandarin.
Proficiency in PC applications.
