To adopt & motivate the most of modern techniques.
Coordinate after overall daily basis production & general shop floor activity.
General Discipline, Administration & maintain team relation.
Should have good exposure in garment plant and machinery maintenance.
Responsible for the production planning, line layouts, production monitoring.

10 years experience in garment production with around 2,000 workers.
Strong technical and production management background in denim products.
Solid knowledge in cost control and manpower arrangement.
Good leadership & communication skills and able to work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS office application.
