Order follow up.
Coordination with customers and vendors.

Business trip if necessary.
Manage vendors & suppliers and monitor overall supply chain activities to ensure flawless production execution and on time deliveries.
Establish effective leadership style, set up clear performance metrics for team members.

Minimum 8 years solid garment merchandising experience in Garment and Lingerie manufacturing with at least 3 years in managerial / supervisory level.
Strong planning and organizational skills with analytical and innovative mind.
Good management skills in communication, coordination and overall controlling of ordering progress.
Willing to travel to Overseas / PRC.
Excellent written & spoken English and Mandarin is a must.
Familiar with the operation of MS Office.
