The Candidates Responsibility : |

Responsible for monitoring the design, buying and production for our fashion labels. To supervise the design, buying and production teams to drive for continuous improvement in the process of product development, cost and quality control. To liaise with the Principal for each season's design and product mix, buying strategy and marketing promotions. Build the total network through direct sales.

The Candidates Eligibility : |
| |
Possess at least 4 to 5 years' brand management experience in fashion retail chains. With substantial experience in expanding the retail network and enhancing the sales performance. Be aggressive with high standard of communication and leadership skills. With extensive exposure in China fashion market is preferable. Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
