Provide Technical support and resolve Fitting, Size Specification, Grading, Workmanship and Construction problem.
Ensure products are developed consistent with established fit and quality standards, manufacturer's capabilities and cost specifications.
Set up Block Library, Garment Construction and Fit Form Standard.
Organize Vendor Training and establish Training Scheme to enhance factory technical level.
Manage the adherence of the Sample Fit Evaluation Turn Time, Rejection Rate and Yearly Budget.
Provide performance analysis and set Goals for the Team.
Keen on US market and fit standards.
Oversea and Southern China travels are required.

Minimum 10 years of Fit Technical experience in garment industry.
Degree level or equivalent on technical education in Garment Fit, Construction, Paper Pattern Making and Grading.
Sound experience in managing sizable team of Garment Fit Technical from Development, Fit, PP, Size Run to Top of Production sample approval.
Able to communicate effectively with both internal and external parties on technical topics and issues.
A team player having excellent interpersonal, vendor management and customer service skills.
Good verbal and written English, fair Mandarin is also preferred.
A background in Computer Pattern Making and Specification Package (PDM) will be an advantage.
Good computer knowledge in Words, Chinese Word Processing, Excel and Power Point.
