Monitoring the Hong Kong sales office with production &sales team total approximately 10 persons.
Developing & maintaining good relationship with key customers.
Motivate sales / production team members & coach them to peak performance.
Liaise closely with the management of owned factories in China.
Strategic plan for promoting sales volume.
Office Management & financial control.

Minimum 10 years experience in garment manufacturing / trading, with 5 to 6 years in a managerial role.
Higher diploma or above in Clothing Studies or equivalent.
Familiar with U.S.A. & Europe market in sleepwear & sportswear.
Strong product knowledge & technical background.
With accounting knowledge is preferable.
Strong leadership & analytical skills.
Good supervisory & problem solving skills.
Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese (Manderin & Cantonese).
Travel to China is required.
