Will contribute to the brand visual strategy, and working alongside the store and Area Managers you will help deliver the strategy in stores. You will ensure the stores maintain the strongest visual proposition on the high street through our Model Store process, and the training & coaching of in - store VM teams. Will need to have a proven visual background combined with strong commercial awareness & influencing skills to enable you to provide targeted visual solutions and develop visual merchandising standards across varying store sizes on your area.

Should 2 to 4 years experience will be preferred. Experience in either in a Visual Merchandising role on a region or within a large store, or in a retail management role. Topshop brand knowledge and passion, with strong competitor and trend awareness. Strong training and coaching skills with ability to motivate and mentor others. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels. Excellent layout and visual merchandising skills with a strong commercial approach.
