Create and grade patterns from sketches.
Technical ability in both flat pattern and draping.
Prep patterns for digitizing.
Assist with the checking of the grading.
Measure for Quality Control.
Must be deadline driven and able to work with other pattern personnel using a computer system.
Provide suggestions to accomplish proper fit and design, thus ensuring pattern release.
Maintain reference book and pattern standards documentation.

3 to 5 years previous work experience in the same field.
You will be fully qualified and experienced pattern grader who is experienced in the use of CAD systems and have technical knowledge of mens suits, jackets and trousers is essential.
You must be able to produce 1st patterns and a willingness to travel overseas is essential.
Have an excellent understanding of garment construction and be a team player.
Good communication and organizational skill.
