Establish the process control methods and confirm the process capability of all process.
Candidate will take fabric inspection to final shipment inspection.
To deal with customers in resolving quality related issues.
To lead and supervise QA / QC team.
Taking corrective & preventive actions for non - conformities.
Should be able to communicate with buyers independently.

Should have a Degree / Diploma in the relevant field.
Have minimum 7 years experiences in the Apparel Industry.
Should be conversant with all aspects of garment construction both woven & Knits, be familiar with AQL standards & have a thorough knowledge of the entire Q/C process Fabric / Pattern to finished garments.
Ability to initiate and develop procedures to improve quality of products.
Very good command in English and a self motivated team player.
Ability to lead, guide a team of competent staff.
Should be a very good decision maker.
Age below 40 years.
