Supply correct Buy information to the OAsys team to ensure Purchase Order system can be raised in line with critical path.
Managing buy sheets / purchase orders in line with critical path.
Ensuring factory tracking sheets are updated and suppliers are chased for white / gold seal samples.
Having weekly liaison meetings flagging to the Buyer / Merchandiser any issues that will have an effect.
Compiling the seasonal style file.
Ensure Range plan details are correct and are inputted on OAsys.
Completing any general admin duties.
Ensuring all garments are labelled and accounted for.
Preparing the sample collection for internal and external presentations.
Chasing factories where necessary to submit proto garments.
Preparing and labeling weekly best / worst sellers for weekly Trading Meeting.

Minimum 5 years of Buying Experience from reputable retail companies.
This role would suit someone with previous office experience ideally within buying and with a fashion related degree.
Presentable and outgoing with good communication / interpersonal skills.
Strong fashion and colour sense.
Able to work under pressure and sensitive to the changes of retail market.
Good communication and negotiation skill.
Detail oriented.
