Over look all production of garments, from sampling stage to delivery of goods.
Manage all production staff.
Report to management on everything related to production.
Ensure that unit is staffed with right people.
Ensure timely delivery of goods.
Solve all production problems without involving management.
Carry out quality production under control.
Have to possess quality production.

Must have at least 3 years experience heading production.
Must have in depth knowledge of pattern making, cutting.
Must have very good knowledge of Mumbai market, job workers for western womens wear, embroidery job workers etc.
Experience from garment / textile would be advantage.
Good communication and decision making.
