KBC PREHEATER

KBC Pre-heater consists of a heating shell and liquor chamber with dish end at the bottom and the top.

• Entire pre-heater is fabricated from 8mm mild steel plates in welded construction.
• Heating shell consists of one header plate at the top and one header plate at the bottom. ERW ‘C’ class pipes for liquor are arranged in header plates.
• One nipple for steam entry and one nipple for condensate exit are provided on the heating shell.
• At the bottom of the bottom liquor chamber flanged inlet and at the top of the top liquor chamber outlet for liquor are provided.
• Pre-heater will be supported on mild steel legs which will be mounted on masonry foundation to be provided by mills.

• A safety valve
• A syphon cock with tube and a pressure gauge.

KBC PUMPING SET

• Suitable horizontal centrifugal pump fitted with cast iron impeller, directly coupled by flexible coupling with suitable electric motor supported on a sturdy cast iron base plate.

• Pipe connection with Kier, pump and pre-heater are not in the scope of our supply.
  

Wet Cotton/Fibre Opener Consists of following:-

Mild Steel Side Walls.

Machine consisting of two mild steel side walls having four nos. M.s fabricated tie bars to prevents vibrations. Both the side walls are fitted on the sturdy base.

A pair of teeth type Rolls.

A pair of two nos. positive driven teeth type rolls are mounted on the m.s side walls with bush bearings to open the fibre lumps efficiently.

Main drum.

One No. main big size high speed driven drum having spike strips is mounted on side walls with suitable ball bearings. Spike strips will open the fibre and thrown out from the machine.

Drive.

One no. 3HP electric motor with necessary ‘V’ Belt pulley will be provided at the rare side of the machine to drive complete machine.

Guard Cover.

Suitable M.S fabricated guards are bolted with the machine to feed the fibre in the machine and to get opened material from the machine.

INSULATED SHELL

• Stainless Steel Inner Shell fabricated from 304Q Stainless Steel Sheet with bottom dish end Stainless Steel Sheet. The top cover of Stainless Steel Sheet with a hinged opening. Capacity of the Shell will be 700 - 1500 Liters.
• Stainless Steel Shell is lagged with glass wool and covered with Outer Shell of S.S. Sheet.
• At the bottom 50mm  flanged outlet connection without valve is provided.
• The Vessel rests on 4 legs S.S. cladded with welded Base Plate.

AGITATOR

• An Agitator Shaft of stainless steel, which runs in journal at the bottom and gland and stuffing box at the top.
• One Agitator Paddle of stainless steel at the bottom so as to prevent accumulation of ingredients.
• HEATING DEVICE
• One Indirect Heating Coil made from S.S.304Q will be provided in side the vessel.

• Polymerizing cabinet is equipped with independent heating and air circulating system for baking of the emulsion, usually at 180 C.
• It attains the preset temperature within very short time and maintains it exactly at set level.
  

 

The Cooking Pan will have jacketed type vessel. Jacketed vessel will have stainless steel sheet from inside and mild steel plate from outside. The size of the vessel will be as per the capacity of the cooking pan. The main vessel of the stainless steel will be fabricated from S.S. material while outer side will be fabricated from M.S. Plate. There will be 40mm clear gap in between the M.S. & S.S. vessel. The vessel will have two shaft ends supporting arrangement.

It will be rested on suitable cast iron housing, the whole unit will be mounted on M.S. stand. For tilting the main vessel, one special arrangement of worm and worm wheel will be provided. Necessary connections of steam inlet, and outlet, safety valve, air vent and pressure gauge will be provided. These accessories are not in our scope of our supply. One S.S. stirrer will be provided. It will be directly coupled with suitable geared motor. The S.S. stirrer will have one S.S. shaft and suitable S.S. stirrer blades.

DRYING SECTION.

• Drying sections of Mild Steel Chambers totally enclosed with insulating panels fabricated from double metal clad section with thick insulating material sandwiched between two covers.
• Each chamber consists of two sections. One houses conveyor and radiators while the other houses fan, fan housing and duct line.
• Each chamber is provided with the thermometer.
• Framework is fabricated from commercial structural steels as per standard engineering structural practice.
• Each section is a unit by itself. Addition of section later is very easy.

CONVEYOR

• A conveyor of 1600mm width fabricated from perforated zinc coated CRC sheets duly reinforced, strengthened at the bottom and mounted on the conveyor chain. Conveyor is moved on sprocket wheels, which are situated outside the chamber.

AIR CIRCULATING UNIT

• Air circulating unit consists of strong, sturdy and balanced fans, fan housings and duct line fabricated from CRC sheets and duly painted with heat resisting aluminium paint.

STEAM RADIATORS

• Steam heated radiators having gilled pipes of the required capacity tested hydraulically upto safe working of super heated steam pressure of 100 psi and painted with heat resisting aluminium paint.
