Jacquard System

1. System introduction
The piezo Jacquard system uses PC104 as its main controller, which adopts the advanced piezo Jacquard driver, could be used on lots of warping machines, such as Jacquard raschel machine, Multi-bar Raschel machine, Double-needle bar Raschel machine, High-speed tricot machine and so on. Compare with the traditional Electromagnetic Jacquard, the piezo Jacquard have much higher capability, and it could also could instead the German parts with well capability but much lower price.

3. Capability
3.1. MCR (main control) and monitor

• Higt-integrated embedded IPC, with standard interface for monitor, key board, USB and so on.
• Use the mobile memorizer to input data.
• 320﹡190LED single color LED monitor
• Thin film keypad panel

3.2. Sensor and interface

• Total use the double induction type proximity switch.
• Interface board of the system use the high-speed digital TTL IC to buffer, logical operate, input and output.
• Sensor’s analog signals switch in by shielding wire, with powerful anti-disturbing capability and stable system.
  

3.3. Piezo Jacquard

• The bimorph of Jacquard bar is made by high-capability bimorph, which has the excellence of small volume, low consume, quick response, high transition efficiency.
• Drive circuit adopt the high-speed CMOS IC to logical operate and output, with good stability and reliability.
  

3.4. Power supply

• Power supply of IPC and interface board: high-capability switching regulator, multiplexed output DC12V
• Power supply of piezo Jacquard: high-capability switching regulator, multiplexed output DC2V, DC100V, DC200V

4. System component

• IPC: the main controller of whole system
• Interface board: used to transport signal between IPC and drive circuit, receive and feedback the signal of spindle sensor
• Drive circuit and power supply: supply the driver and power to warping machine
• Piezo Jacquard bar: knitting equipment
