We are able to do this successfully with our strong team member and having in depth specialization in textile and in the manufacturing base which is always been helpful to buyers in order to achieve the product with competitive pricing, good quality and delivery on time.

We monitor all the steps of the orders since the beginning from the time we do costing for the garments, then product development stage, production stage and finally until shipment to the documents submission and tracking the final document for clearing to the buyer. So, throughout the process you can feel at ease as we will monitor the order closely in order to achieve the best quality product and serves our customer highest satisfaction.

Work process:

We would like to provide the Work In process of Krisure Textile in brief which will consist of below steps.

a) Product costing: As soon as we have been provided with the product details, size specification, fabric construction or fabric type, graphic details, trims details, accessory etc we will cost garments for you. This can be quoted in required currency.

b) Product Development: Once price is confirmed we will deal with the product development stage where we will submit all the fabric, trims, accessories and all related to one particular garment for approval. This will also include the sample submission which will be called as first fitting sample, second fitting sample, salesman sample, preproduction sample and production sample. But in product development the sample will continues till buyer approve our submission to go for production we do call that sample which we follow for production sample as sealing sample. Salesman sample is depending on the buyer’s requirement.

c) Production stage: We will monitor production stage by visiting all factories related to garment production in order to see how many lines they had provided to our product what are the SAM and how long it will take to finish the whole order and will monitor the garment sewing process personally and solve problem on a day to day basis in order to provide smooth production. This stage is very important and had to be monitor without loosing a single day as this will all effect product delivery and we believe in 90% on time delivery to our customer. We try our best and put ourselves in to buyers as well as factory shoes in order to get the view of both the ends through in order to minimize the risk and get the best result out of it.

d) Shipment Stage: We will calculate the garments units and then will provide information to our buyer in order to let them choose the best mode and size of container they require goods to be ship to them. After and upon confirmation from buyer we ship goods accordingly. 

e) Documentation: Along with the shipment we do send Invoice + Packing list and copy of Bill of lading through an e-mail in two days time from the day shipment left and the original will be submitted to bank along with C/O and GSP (if required in order to claim tax back). 

f) Payment term:  L/C at sight

g) Factory that we are using have been approved by Disney audit, Nike amd ,any other audit and comply to all the ethical code of conduct and comply to the Thai labor law.

Specialization: We are very strong and specialize in providing knitted and woven garments to our buyers.

A) Sleepwear : We are very strong in making sleepwear such as Nightdresses, Pyjama, Top and Shorts, Chemise, Nightshirts, Camisole, Bed jacket, Housecoat etc.(Both for Ladies, Gents and Children's) . Also, children's wear we also comply with the ethical code of conduct and Reach regulation and specialize and taking care for Flammability issues and regulation to be taken care too.

B) Casual wear: We do make T-Shirts without collar and with Collar, Polo shirts, Pants, Trousers
