INFRA-STRUCTURE:

The quest for perfection and quality starts right from the raw material stage and continues to the finished product. The entire production is managed in-house, to ensure that all specifications and quality requirements are met promptly and accurately.

All production facilities available at MIF come under the strict supervision of the Quality Assurance Department. An elaborate system to control and monitor all orders is done through an Order Management System, which tracks the status of each order in production.

KNITTING:

The Very latest 16,20,24 & 28 Gauge Circular Knitting Machines are engaged in the production floor “Mayer & Cie” from Germany, Italian “Orizio Paulo” A variety of knitted fabrics are produced starting from the basic jersey, pique to the trendiest jacquards to texture knits of all kinds.

The 14, 16 Gauge Flat Knitting Machines from Taiwanese “Kauo-Heng” and Japanese “Matsuya” flat knitting machines are engaged in the production floor for manufacturing all kinds of basic and fashion collars in various designs.

PROCESSING:

Always we used Eco-friendly dyes ensure social accountability. The soft-flow dyeing daily capacity 5 tones and based on fabric exports, we will expand our capacity throughout all areas.

We used lasted Tube-Tex USA compacting machine to control best shrinkage result as buyer’s requirements.
