Mavani Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is situated near Mumbai (200 kms) on a free hold private land of 35,000 sq. meters. The company is having own office building in Mumbai since 1916 with a ISO 9001 CERIFIED LAB.

Today company is handling reactions such as PHOSGENATION, ALKKALI FUSION ,DE HYDRO PARA TOLUDINE reaction; fiddle craft reaction, sulphonation, alkaline fusion, diazo coupling, reduction etc. All the filter press inlets are contacted with insulated S.S 316 pipe line & having various good reactors (glass lined etc) & S.S. 316 blending system, soft water plant & S.S 316 NORMAL as well as own line jacketed clarifiers to avoid any contamination, water impurities  & to get purest material with minimum insoluble & heavy metal content.

COMPANY has a very long term confidential agreements with many companies & provide them the specialty molecules.

Safety  & Health:

Company is already having all the necessary amenities as per govt. bodies & having GROUP GRATUITY scheme from insurance company for workers / staff members & having a doctor on call for free medical check up & medicines.
 
There was no strike since its inception and management has cordial relationship with workers.

Today company’s production is handled by experienced operators / skilled / unskilled workers & contract workers in 65%:35% ratio.

Company is having own consultants for P.F, labour law, inspection of all reactors from out side govt. approved authorities, accident policy for staff / workers.

Company is providing all safety equipments to workers & always keeps them updated for safety awareness.

 In addition company is having contacts with 2 hospitals, fire brigade, police station & other authorities.

Once in a year having doctor visit for health check up & guidance’s from doctor for first aid.
