Evalution of Fastness

• LIGHT FASTNESS : Evaluated with "Blue scale" graded from 8 (excellent) to 1 (very poor)
• OTHER FASTNESS : Evaluated with "Grey scale" (fading color) graded from 5 (excellent) to 1 (very poor)

Remark:

• Light fastness (JIS L-0842) by Fade-0-Meter
• Washing fastness (JIS L-0844) by A-4 method
• Dry cleaning fastness (JIS L-0860) use White spirit
• Heat resistance at 200 oc for 30 sec
• Discharge fastness, discharged by 10% Rongalite C
• Resist fastness, resisted by 8% stannouschloride
• BG pigment colors : printed 5 % cut

SPRAY COATING MODER-LEATHER PIGMENT COLOR

(1) Recommended Recipe of Coating

10-20 parts MODER-LEATHER COLOR
20 parts Acrylic Binder
15 parts Resin emulsion
10 parts Filler
35 parts Water

(2) Process

• Spray wet 2-3 times 10-20 gr/ft2
• Dry up at 85-90°C
• Embossing at 90°C/200kg
• Light Spray 1-2 times
• Top coating NC lacquer solution

De-Color Agent (Chemical for Waste Water Treatment)

DCA Properties
DCA is a chemical substance for treating wastewater, it primarily removes colors and causes sediments to form from water discharged from dye-making factories, paint- print factories or industries using colorants in manufacturing.

It is a compound of Polyorganic Resin and Organic Polymer.

It effectively eliminates colorants and treats water that is tainted with Reactive, Acid and Direct Dyes.

Moderphil

Product Description:
Moderphil is a hydrophilic finishing agent for polyester fabric. Once adhered on polyester surface, Moderphil is durable to repetitive laundry cycles.

Advantages of Moderphil finish include following:

• Polyester clothes are comfort to wear due to the rapid transportation of perspiration out of the body
• The clinging effect during wear is no longer a problem due to readily dissipation of static changes
• Soil re-deposition which causes the graying or dulling of garments is decreased due to hydrophilic barrier

Modern Floura (MF)

Modern floura is a fragrance’s leavening agent in the slurry form. This chemical will be dispersed and suspended in the liquid media. Moreover, MF chemical will keep a good smell longer than 6 months even though the fabric is cleaned and washed several times under water washing resistant standard. Not only adding the fabric’s surface with the favorable smell, it also increases more softness to fabric after apply MF chemical. This fragrance chemical can be easily to apply to several kinds of fabric without harmful to the human body and environment.

IDEAL® LEVELER LDF

Advantages
Possesses excellent restraining and migrating properties, thereby imparting superior levelling effects with pre-metalized dyes, i.e. MODERSET® series.

Leveling agent for dyeing wool with MODERSET® dyes in the iso-electric region of the wool at pH 4.5-5 with minimum loss of wool quality. Improves fiber and surface levelness. Promotes migration, diffusion and in-tone build-up of dyestuff combinations.

Its surfactant properties provide a useful degree of dye penetration for use on hard twist yarns.

It is easily handled and can be added directly to the dyebath.

Also suitable for dyeing pre-metalized dyes on polyamide fibers.
