Weekly Progress Report
Meeting with Merchandiser, Quality Controller and Logistic staff will be held every Saturday and status will be e-mailed to customers on every Monday. This will enable all the customers to verify their order progress.

Co-ordinate with technical team, strictly follow-up of samples like styling-proto,prototype, size-set,pre-production, top-samples etc,.
Production Planning
Block the appropriate source according to the order quantity and following all the activities as per the critical path.
Factory Evoluation
Will be evaluated by the complaince executive as per the indian labour act and the buyer requirement.once factory approved by the buyer according to the evaluation report, then the factory will be eligible for the execution.
Technical Support
Technical team will be envolved in all the aspects of the garments and will be more supported to the factory to improve the output with adding new techniques such as attachments, equipements and machineries.
Quality Assurance
Arranging and carry out fabric, garment such as FPT/GPT ,upon the receipt of pass report will proceed the factory size set with approved patterns, conduct the pre-production meeting, review the pilotrun, approves to proceed bulk, in-line and final inspection.
Shipment/Documentation Coordination
Shipment/documentation executive will coordinate between our quality,merchanidser, planning team and factory concerns Arranging vessel for shipment with the forwarders and follow up shipment points for smoother connections.
