| To cater demand for high quality knitted grey fabric in domestic and international market, we have started our knitting division with TERROT make machines in Single Jersey, Rib and Interlock etc. The details of machines are as under. |

| Further, we have Lycra attachment in alternate feeders for rib. The quality of fabric produced by our knitting division is accepted in both domestic as well as international market due to core strength of good quality yarn of R. M. Mohite Industries Ltd. and quality conscious system in knitting division. |

| OPEN END SPINNING |
As a part of our continuous improvement programme & fulfilling the market requirements for various products, we have added coarse count spinning in our product range. We have added Open End Spg. Plant in our Mill. With this we are producing counts ranging from 10s/1 KW.
We can produce these counts as per requirement either from virgin cotton mixing or non virgin mix.
For the commitment of quality, we are clearing the O.E. Yarn through corolab.
The state of art machinery & technology has been installed from reputed & renowned world class machinery manufacturers like Trutzschler, Rieter & Schlafhorst.

RADHANAGARI HYDRO POWER PLANT |
| This is captive power generation plant of R.M.Mohite Industries Ltd., Vadgaon, Kolhapur. And is given on lease of 30 years by Govt. of Maharashtra Irrigation Department on BOOT Basis. Plant is based in Radhanagari in Kolhapur District. It generates power 10 MW by using Hydro Turbines. There are two dedicated penstocks for driving hydro turbines. The power plant is having two Hydro Turbines of 5 MW each. The machinery is high tech power plant machinery controlled by computers and monitored by sensors in SCADA System. It is environment friendly system as only water is used to drive turbine and generate power. The plant is connected to 33 KV lines of M.S.E.D.C.L.. The switch yard of which is located just near the plant. The plant is capable of producing 26 million units per year (75% dependability of plant). The capacity is fairly enough to drive machineries which are in service at R.M.Mohite Textiles Mills. Thus making Mill self-sufficient as far as input energy is concerned which becomes added advantage from view of production scheduling. The Hydro Power Project has been commissioned from 8th March, 2011 & generating power with full capacity. |
