KNITTING  : We had started Circular Knitting Unit, which is very next to our process House in March 2001 we have brand new 7 Pai-Lung  Knitting Machines details of which is given below :

1. 2 Nos of Interlock 8 lock 32” Dia 64 Feeders 24 GG.
2. 2 Nos of Mini-Jacquard , Interlock 30” Dia 72 Feeders 24
3. 2 Nos of Single Jersey ( Four Track ) 30” Dia 120 Feeders 24 GG
4. 1 No  of Terry Machine 30” Dia 92 Feeders 24 GG
5. 1 No  of  Terry converted to Single Jersey 30” Dia 92 Feeders 24 GG
6. 1 No  of Interlock 30” Dia 84 Feeders 24 GG
7. 1 No  of Single Jersey 26” Dia 72 Feeders 24 GG
8. 1 no  of Single Jersey 30” Dia 120 Feeders 28 GG
9. 1 No  of Single Jersey 30” Dia 96 Feeders 24 GG

1. OPEN WIDTH: 
   We have process house at Baleshwar Tal: Palsana Surat from 1996 where we have 10 Devrekha Jet Jet Machines, one 5 chamber stenter and two Decatising Machines, equipped laboratory and Jigar dyeing machines. Where we are processing shirting, Suiting, P.V., Dress Materials, Home Furnishing and Fancy Knitted fabric in open width.
2. TUBLER :
   • We have heat set Machine where, and 2 No’s of Two Pole Dryer 2 No’s of Hydro Extractor Machines
   • Where we do Polyester, Spun Polyester, PV, PC and Fancy Qualities.
3. CALENDER & WINCH :
   We have 8 No’s of winches from 25 Kgs to 300 Kgs capacity where we do dyeing of Cotton, Melange and Fancy Qualities. We have calendar Machine for Finishing.
4. SOFT FLOW & COMPACTION :
   We have 4 No’s of soft flow Machines, 1 No. of double dip balloon padder and 1 no of relax dryer and felt type compactor machine. Where we do Cotton Lycra, Cotton, RIB, PC and all fancy quality where capacity will be 5 tones / Day.    
5. CRUSHING :
   We have both type of Crushing Machines Long Crush and Diamond Crush where we do crushing of knitted , PC and Micro Etc.
