Rieter to be silver sponsor of MFC Dornbirn 2016

Apart from being the Silver sponsor, Rieter will present the latest know how on processing of synthetic fibres at the Man-made Fibres Congress (MFC) 2016 in Dornbirn. The company will address the topic of polyester processing with air-jet technology, while additionally supporting the 'Young Scientist Forum' of MFC to promote young research talents.

Dr Gunnar Johansson, head of the Air-Spinning business unit at Rieter, will share his experience with different PES types on the air-jet machine for the address on processing synthetic fibres.

Rieter has for many years attached great importance to the growing trend for synthetic fibres and takes it into account, while developing technologies. Due to which Rieter technologies can now process cotton, manmade fibres and their blends.

There will be a workshop for young research talents on the theme of 'Future Design of the Innovation Process – Challenges & Opportunities', in which Christian Fischermann from the spinning laboratory of Wilhelm Stahlecker GmbH, a subsidiary of Rieter will be taking part. (AR)
