Crocs to reach 100 stores mark in India soon

US footwear firm Crocs will open four stores in Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai and Surat by November to take the number of its stores in India to 100, according to the company’s global senior vice president and chief product and merchandising officer Michelle Poole. It will also strengthen its presence in tier-2 cities through multi brand outlets (MBOs) and kiosks.
As part of its distribution strategy, the company would tap the online channels as well, according to a news agency report.
With 100 stores, Crocs will be present in 50 cities in India. Through MBO channels, the overall offline reach of the brand extends to more than 150 cities. (DS)
