Based in Hong Kong, Lavion has held several senior management roles at companies including Ann Taylor, Mast Industries, Victoria’s Secret, Kids R Us, Kohls and Sears over the course of her career. She is not new to Hong Kong, having worked there previously for two years during her time with Mast Industries.
