1stpat-Rn, a leading Italian apparel company, is set to present a new collection of trendsetting garments of Larusmiani fabrics made with Evo yarn by Fulgar, for the first time at Pitti Uomo 2018, the global expo for the world of men’s fashion, to be held from June 12 to 15, 2018, in Italy. Fulgar is the international leader in the man-made fibre market.
The Italian company makes curated limited-edition items which rely on top-end raw materials, latest-generation yarns, state-of-the-art technology, impeccable finishes, and vanguard designs.
On display, at Pitti Uomo 2018, will be two creations of high-conceptual value; a man’s travel jacket and a matching unisex hood/cape. Not only elegant and outperforming, but also fully sustainable, these garments make use of the innovative Evo yarn by Fulgar which underpins the success of this incredible story.
Evo yarn is a bio-based yarn created from the oil of the castor plant growing spontaneously in arid areas. It is a precious and totally renewable resource which consumes small amounts of water and, more importantly, does not take up arable land which could otherwise be used for farming purposes.
The yarn delivers supreme comfort, peerless performance levels, and has a total respect for nature. It is ultra-lightweight, super-stretchy, and highly breathable; it dries quickly, doesn’t need ironing, and has natural thermal and bacteriostatic properties. (GK)
