27 Hong Kong firms to exhibit at Ispo 2016

At Ispo 2016, 26 companies from Hong Kong will showcase a selection of sports and leisure wear together with sports equipment and accessories at the booth of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) in Hall C1, Stand 600.1.

“With sales of US$ 3.79 billion from January till November 2015, Hong Kong stayed one of the largest exporters of sports articles worldwide,” a HKTDC press release stated.

Of which, around 25 per cent was related to sports accessories and around 15 per cent to golf equipment, with main export markets were USA, Japan and China, followed by Germany.

At the fair, Hongfa International, Bras Limited and Texville Apparel will present their latest clothing for indoor activities such as yoga, pilates and kick-boxing.

While, Wentex International, Well Link Global and World United Industries will offer jackets and accessories for outdoor activities such as hiking, camping and professional sports.

“Lap Hing Group, J´s Familia Industrial and Richall Forever specialise in ski and snowboard clothing while H.K Langyin International will showcase sunglasses and camera goggles,” HKTDC added.

Seven companies; Bestfine Swimming, Cerulean International, Feng Lueng, Grace Continental, King Fai Industrial, Tinford Textiles and Welon International will exhibit swimming and diving equipment.

According to HKTDC, Ball Planet´s portfolio is aimed at ballsport fans and professionals, which feature new materials and fibres for integrated UV protection, dry-fit and Coolmax features in clothing.

“On the other hand, Knight Honor Limited uses laser to engrave images onto reflecting fabrics showing different motifs when observed from different directions,” the trade body informed.

International Moon and Strategic Sports will show protections for cycling, skateboarding and riding and Splendid Development and Yiko Bags will offer resistant bags and backpacks using nylon and PVC material. (AR)
