Block printing pioneers Soma opens store in Hyderabad

Jaipur-based Block printing and textile pioneer, Soma, has opened its store in Hyderabad's Jubilee Hills. The store will highlight the rich hues of classy, elegant, timeless couture reflecting modern opulence, the company said in a press release

Soma has created a distinct collection of indigenously designed and manufactured block print in Classical, Floral Designs. Popular Soma products include clothing, accessories and homeware.

“We are very happy and excited about our store in Jubilee Hills. Our sole aim is to create exclusive and timeless pieces for our clients which not only reflect a style statement but also promote comfortable clothing patterns. Our collection depicts elegance and class which is specially focused on modern day clothing. We are constantly experimenting with various colours, textures, fabrics to craft a refreshing collection for our clients. Our collection personifies a play of art with a soul to soothe the fashion senses. With our experience in fashion and lifestyle we are confident that we will redefine fashion palate in the city,” said Soma's founder Ms. Andree Pouliot

Soma products carry several geometric and abstract motifs but floral prints make a larger presence in their clothes and furnishings. With a team of designers from around the world contributing to Soma's repertoire of designs and prints, the company claims it is poised to emerge as the new age frontrunner in the handloom and luxury industry of the country.
