Brandix bags HR Excellence award for South Asia

At the 2016 HR Awards of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Sri Lanka's top apparel exporter Brandix was the sole winner of the award for HR Excellence in South Asia, excluding India. . SHRM is the world's largest professional association in the HR sphere and Brandix was presented the award at the SHRM India Annual Conference in New Delhi.
The award in the international category, the only one awarded in the whole of South Asia, recognises organisations outside India that have successfully designed and implemented excellent people management practices and systems in human resources.
The award, accompanied by a Certificate of Achievement for 'Excellence in HR – South Asia' was accepted on behalf of the Brandix Group by Ishan Dantanarayana, chief people officer at Brandix. (AR)
