CBME 2016 to open on July 20 with 2,366 suppliers

This year's Shanghai International Children Baby and Maternity Products Industry Expo (CBME China 2016), which begins July 20, will see 2,366 local and international suppliers showing their latest lines.

The trade show will be organised on 223,305 sq. metres of exhibition space and will show children, baby and teenager clothing, footwear and accessories, maternity clothing, underwear and accessories.

CBME China 2016 will see an expanded and enhanced Licensing Zone, which helps global leading licensors find licensees for merchandise covering the 0-16 age group in China.

Co-located with CBME China, Cool Kids Fashion Shanghai 2016 will feature 70 plus renowned brands from 18 countries.

Other highlights of Cool Kids Fashion Shanghai 2016 include Kids Fashion Shows, Trend Forums, Kids Fashion Shows, Kids Fashion Museum and Private Networking Events.

The CBME Awards Gallery will feature the nominees for Top Retailer Awards, Top Brand Awards, Innovative Products Awards, Consumer Awards and more.

According to the organisers, launched in February 2016, the Cool Kids Fashion's Kids Fashion Design Contest received 1,035 entries from worldwide aspiring designers, of which 20 designers have been short-listed.

“Their collections are on display and are featured in the Kids Fashion Show, while final judging will happen on July 21,” the organiser, UBM added. (AR)
