As part of the FbStart programme, social media platform Facebook has extended $40,000 worth of credits and services to CoutLoot, a mobile and website pre owned fashion reseller, where a customer can buy or sell pre owned fashion. Started in November 2015, CoutLoot was set up to solve the problem of excess in a wardrobe and help owners sell them.
FbStart is a programme that helps thousands of developers grow their start-ups by leveraging valuable tools and services, worldwide events, and opportunities to engage with the Facebook team.As part of the FbStart programme, social media platform Facebook has extended $40,000 worth of credits and services to CoutLoot, a mobile and website pre owned fashion reseller, where a customer can buy or sell pre owned fashion. Started in November 2015, CoutLoot was set up to solve the problem of excess in a wardrobe and help owners sell them.#
Under the programme, CoutLoot would also receive mentoring from Facebook's engineering teams and services from its partners like AWS, Annie, Dropbox, Adobe and MailChim.
CoutLoot delivers all over India, however, selling is restricted to 14 cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune, etc.
While selling and buying happen via CoutLoot's Android and iOS apps, its website can be accessed for buying across all regions of the country. (AR)
