John Lewis Partnership has appointed Andrew Murphy as the new chief information officer (CIO) of the company. Currently positioned as the group partnership director of John Lewis Partnership, Andrew Murphy will take up his role on February 1, 2018. He will replace Paul Coby who is expected to leave the firm after nearly seven years, in the end of April 2018.Murphy joined John Lewis Partnership in the year 1992 and has held a number of positions including managing director of John Lewis Aberdeen, managing director of John Lewis Edinburgh and director of operational developing. He also led the firm’s change programme.
