Lorna Jane to expand UK presence with Debenhams

Lorna Jane, Australian activewear brand, has entered into a partnership with the UK based retailer Debenhams to open six concession stores this month to increase its presence in the country. The Australian brand, which currently has a single brick-and-mortar store in London, will roll out shop-in-shops within six Debenhams retail stores across the UK.

The first Lorna Jane concession store will open in the Oxford Street retail store of Debenhams on October 5, followed by shop-in-shops in Birmingham, Sheffield, Manchester, Liverpool One and Glasgow. Moreover, the brand's collection will be made available on the retailer's online channel later this month, UK media reports said.

The concession stores will offer the Lorna Jane fitness and fashion collections that include crop tops, tank tops, jackets, sports bras, leggings, shorts, hoodies and accessories made of performance fabrics.

“As our UK expansion continues, we are very excited to bring Lorna Jane to Debenhams. The regional flagships are great environments for customers to discover the Lorna Jane brand and learn more about our Active Living Philosophy,” said Lorna Jane Clarkson, founder, Lorna Jane.

The 26-year old fashion and fitness brand introduces close to 100 new styles every month and has over 200 stores around the globe. (KD)
