Islabikes, a firm specializing in kid's bikes, has introduced its first range of cycling apparel for children. The range comprises of bib shorts, short-sleeved jerseys, thermal bib tights, winter jackets and leg and arm warmers.
The entire range has been designed to allow ample area for growth and encompasses features and functionalities like child-friendly zips, breathable fabrics, reflective details, etc which well match with that of cycling kit for adults.
Islabikes was instituted in 2006 by Isla Rowntree, former British national cyclo-cross champion, and is engaged in the production of bikes for kids aged two years and above. The launch of kids' apparels is a step forward in the company's growth and progress.
The company has launched cycling apparels for children owing to repeated requests from its bike customers. The kids have been vividly describing their astounding tales about their trips on company's bikes and have been asking for proper cycling kit to make their future trips more adventurous, the company said.
