The Antigua Group Inc – one of the nation's leading designers and marketers of genuine golf and sports apparel under its Antigua brand – has named golf apparel industry veterans Jeff DiBona and Ron Hilo as its newest sales representatives.

DiBona will be responsible for the New England states, while Hilo will cover southern Florida.

DiBona arrives at Antigua with an extensive sales background built up over 20 years in the golf industry, during which time he has been a mainstay in the New England area. This will be his second tenure at Antigua, after working with the company in the late 1980s and early '90s. Since then, he has worked for Nike and Fairway & Greene.

Hilo has 23 years of golf industry experience. He started as a sales rep in the northeast for Aureus, and has covered southern Florida since 1997. His experience includes stints at Adidas and, since 2005, Fairway & Greene.

"We at Antigua are thrilled that Ron and Jeff have joined our already outstanding sales team," says John Anderson, Antigua's National Sales Manager. "With over 40 years of experience between them, we know they'll be able to enhance Antigua's strong reputation for great products supported by great customer service."

Headquartered in Peoria, Ariz., The Antigua Group, through its license sports division, holds license agreements with Major and Minor League Baseball (MLB), the National Hockey League (NHL) and the National Basketball Association (NBA), along with numerous American universities and colleges for men's, women's and children's apparel, headwear and outerwear. Antigua additionally designs, produces and supplies product for corporate America and specialty retail managed under its corporate division. Its golf division also holds license agreements with the PGA TOUR, LPGA and the PGA of
America.
