Kik, a Germany-based textile discount store chain is launching its outlets in five cities of Croatia as a part of its expansion plan.
The company plans to expand its reach to 100 outlets at different locations in Croatia over the next few years. Pursuant to the plans, the company is presently launching its outlets in the cities of Solin, Slavonski Brod, Zagreb, Osijek and Sisak.
Consumers in Bulgaria, Slovenia, Austria, Slovakia and the Czech Republic have well-received the concept of Kik, which is an acronym for German "Kunde ist König", which means “The customer is king”.
The German company is viewing great growth opportunities in Croatia. According to Kik, Croatian economy is a budding one and it looks forward to introducing Kik and persuading the customers that superior quality fashion wears and day-to-day use textiles need not be costly.
Kik has an annual turnover of over one billion Euros and over 3,000 outlets spread across Austria, Slovenia, Germany, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Bulgaria.
