PUMA, the global-sport-lifestyle brand is all set to speed its way into the fast-paced lives of Indians by partnering with Buddh International Circuit (BIC) for all Racing events, be it Motorsport or Motosport as it is the official merchandise sponsor of the track.

PUMA is the sport-lifestyle brand with the longest heritage in motorsport, and its development of fire retardant technology has revolutionized driver racewear by dramatically reducing weight while maintaining the optimal performance of safety and comfort.

PUMA will also continue to be the official licensing partner for Ferrari branded products and the official supplier of team and race wear for Scuderia Ferrari. Continuing a highly successful six year collaboration, this new agreement will see the two companies work together for a further long term period.

Through this extended partnership, PUMA will continue to develop Ferrari licensed footwear, apparel and accessories for global sales and distribution. The partnership has become one of the most commercially valuable licensing relationships for both Puma and Ferrari, and the two companies have strengthened their relationship by developing a complete new collection, as they both have an instant connect with the Indian youth.

Commenting on the partnership, Mr. Rajiv Mehta, Managing Director, PUMA India said, “It is our pleasure to be associated with the Buddh International Circuit this year. We see this association as a pioneering effort in the field of Motorsports merchandise in India which suits the needs of the million fans to reflect their spirit and passion for the sport in style. Also, our extended association with Ferrari is a great benefit to the brand as they are an ideal motorsport partner for us in every respect.”

PUMA Motorsport collection is specially designed to capture the essence, dynamism and energy of the sport and would consist of the entire line that includes apparel, footwear and accessories for the fans to don. This line will be available across all Puma outlets in the nation and at retail kiosks at the Buddh International Circuit on 30th October at the Airtel Indian Grand Prix.
