CI Capital buys Galls from ARAMARK

ARAMARK, a global provider of professional services, announced it has sold Galls, a leading provider of public safety equipment and apparel, to CI Capital Partners, a North American private investment firm. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Based in Lexington, Kentucky, Galls sells a wide variety of public safety products to leading law enforcement, fire and EMS agencies, private security companies and federal agencies so they can perform at their best.

This opportunity with CI Capital Partners enables Galls to pursue accelerated expansion and better positioning on which to grow and build its brand.”
