Irish Kartel debuting its first US collection for men

The Spring/Summer 2012 Men's line also features series of luxury, casual golf polo shirts made from the finest, double mercerized cotton fabric, offering a selection of over 40 seasonal colors including solids and stripes. Three exciting new luxury knitwear options are also being offered, including:
• the long-sleeved, zip neck Goose which is made from 100% Merino Wool Biella Yarn, providing the ultimate in comfort and warmth and featuring five colors including Coral, Fern, Fuschia, Navy, Skipper and Black;
• Luke, a v-neck cable knit sweater made from Merino Wool and offered in Graphite, Heather, Mint, Skipper and Navy;
• and M Wool, a v-neck sweater made from 100% pure new mercerized wool and featured in over 15 exciting colors.
These performance and luxury polos and knitwear options are complemented by several designs of premium men's golf trousers and shorts in classic cuts and finishes, along with a high-performance line of jackets and several accessory items, including all-weather headgear, belts and socks.
The Spring/Summer 2012 Kartel Men's collection, which will be available at premier resorts, country clubs and golf shops nationwide in November, offers clothing sizes ranging from S-XXXL.
The Kartel brand was established in 1985 and is part of a family owned Irish business based in Dublin. The company story began in 1947 when a young tailor, John Swan, set up a small clothing company. Initially, the company was a gentleman's outfitter specialising in suits, jackets and trousers.
