For Fall/Winter 2011 Hunter continues to grow its product line with the launch of classic, all-weather outerwear for men, women, and children. Following the success of last season's collection of leather shoes and handbags, Hunter's expansion into ready-to-wear is a natural extension of the brand's global appeal. With a history of fashionable fans, its iconic rubber boot has been worn by generations of style savvy devotees.

Designed with style and functionality in mind, Hunter's coats will keep their consumers as dry as their Wellingtons. But practicality -- in the form of drawstring cinches, top and side-entry pockets, and detachable fur-lined hoods -- does not come at the expense of design. From a double-breasted wool trench (for her) to a short sport down coat (for him), styles are timeless and impeccably finished. Core materials include wool, Italian cotton twill, and water-resistant cotton; trims, like Toscana shearling and finn raccoon, are practical and polished.

With its emphasis on quality and craftsmanship, Hunter's outerwear keeps its trademark logo discreet. Subtle details abound -- with Hunter insignias on buttons, or in the case of a duffle coat, in the familiar rubber detailing on a toggle closure. These special accents, along with Hunter's product-wide allegiance to quality, ensure that the brand's outerwear is as timeless as its signature footwear.

Hunter Outerwear is available in stores now at Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales and select boutiques nationwide.

Beloved for its design in 1955 of the green knee high Wellington, the introduction of fresh new styles and colorways have allowed the brand to firmly cement its position as the "welly of choice" among outdoorsmen and fashion trendsetters alike, evolving into a full lifestyle brand. Over the years, Hunter has received much recognition, but particular pride is taken in The Royal Warrants of Appointment as suppliers of waterproof footwear to HM The Queen and HRH The Duke of Edinburgh.
