Mega apparel retail mall AlphaOne opens in Ahmedabad

The mega apparel and general retail and entertainment mall, AlphaOne has been opened for customers in Ahmedabad, the largest city in India's western State of Gujarat.
The mall developed by Alpha G:Corp Development with an initial investment of Rs. 3.6 billion in phase-I has been built on an area of 1.2 million square feet, with retail-cum-entertainment segment occupying a space of 700,000 square feet.
Apart from big format retailing outlets, the mall centrally located in Vastrapur area of Ahmedabad, houses a six-screen multiplex, Food and Beverages and hospitality offerings, hypermarket and stand-alone boutiques.
Presently, the mall has presence of over 80 brands displayed in 39 outlets spread on an area of 2.34 lakh square feet. Lifestyle, Shoppers Stop and Hypercity are the leading stores at the mall.
Apparel brands like Lolipop, Color Fab, Gini & Jony, W, Estelle and Anshu's Designer Studio have opened their outlets in the mall. Some outlets from “Rani No Hajiro” market at Gujarati Bazaar have also set up their stores at the mall.
The AlphaOne mall would operate on rental model of minimum guarantee or revenue sharing, whichever is more.
