Ralph Lauren names Judith McHale to Board of Directors

Ralph Lauren Corporation announced that Judith McHale, former Under Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs for the U.S. Department of State, has joined the Company's Board of Directors.
Ms. McHale previously served as a member of the Company's Board of Directors from 2001 to 2009, and her election brings the number of Directors on the Company's Board to twelve. She was also selected to serve as a member of the Company's Nominating & Governance Committee of the Board of Directors.

Ms. McHale served as the Under Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs for the U.S. Department of State from 2009 to 2011. She was President and Chief Executive Officer of Discovery Communications, Inc., the parent company of cable television's Discovery Channel, from June 2004 to December 2006, and served as its President and Chief Operating Officer from 1995 to 2004.
