Japanese mens streetwear line is ready for US market debut

Japanese Men's streetwear line Slip&Co, of rock icon Jesse McFadden will officially debut in the United States at the influential tradeshow MAGIC in the streetwear division known as s.l.a.t.e.

Jesse McFaddin, lead singer and founder of the popular J-Rock trio RIZE has long been viewed as a leader in music and fashion. Although mainly known for his musical stylings, Jesse created his own clothing line, Slip & Corporation (known in short as Slip&Co ) in August of 2006 from his hometown of Togoshi, Japan.

Slip&Co is a men's streetwear collection with a focus on the skater lifestyle. The line is highlighted by graphic tees & shirts, graphic hoodies, premium denim and a mini collection of dress wear comprised of stylized pants and vests.

Slip&Co is wildly successful in Japan. Fueled by Jesse's notoriety, the line was immediately accepted by on-trend boutique stores, specifically in the fashion forward metropolitan city Tokyo. The line has also created collaborative projects such as various limited edition caps designed for the iconic New Era brand. Additionally, celebrities in the Japanese entertainment scene have flocked to Jesse's line, with top tier names like actor Ichihara Hayato amongst Slip&Co's celebrity fans.

After years of success in Japan, Jesse's focusing on the United States for not only Slip&Co but for his music career as well. Not only is Jesse McFaddin looking to the American entertainment scene for his next solo music project entitled “STAND UP! Fund”, but Slip&Co will officially debut at the February 2012 MAGIC[/b' trade show in Las Vegas, appearing in the popular and growing streetwear category s.l.a.t.e.

MAGIC is the premiere retail industry trade show in the United States, occurring biannually every February and August. Nearly $200 Million in orders is written daily and the show is considered one of the top trade shows for clothing lines world wide to exhibit.

Attendees hail from over 80 countries and nearly 5000 brands will be in attendance to present previously known or new to market brands. s.l.a.t.e. is a newer division of the MAGIC trade show brand, focusing exclusively on streetwear and brings together a collection of emerging and established brands.
