Cardiff International Inc. announced "Bon Ton Department Stores" has joined the Mission Tuition merchant coalition. The Bon-Ton Stores Inc., through its subsidiaries, operates department stores in the mid-size and metropolitan markets of the United States.

Its stores offer brand-name fashion apparel and accessories for women, men, and children, as well as provide cosmetics, home furnishings, and footwear.

Bon Ton operates 275 stores under various nameplates, including the Bon-Ton, Bergner's, Boston Store, Carson Pirie Scott, Elder-Beerman, Herberger's, and Younkers in 23 northeastern, mid-western, and upper Great Plains states; and under the Parisian nameplate in Detroit, Michigan. The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. was founded in 1898 and is headquartered in York, Pennsylvania.

Cardiff International Inc. (CDIF) officially launched its Mission Tuition Educational Rewards Program in the third quarter of 2011. The Mission Tuition site was designed to help parents save for their children's future educational needs without putting a strain on their income.

Cardiff developed proprietary back-end tracking software, while building one of the largest merchant coalitions in America with merchants such as Adidas, Avis, Petco, Sephora, etc.

Daniel Thompson, Chairman/CEO states, "Overall response has been overwhelming from both members and participating merchants. We are pleased with our continuous growth and progress. Our tax-free educational savings program continues to provide an "educational savings" platform which encourages regular and daily use of the program."

Cardiff's future looks bright. We believe there are significant opportunities for Cardiff in the exploration of the Regulated 529 Educational savings programs offered by every state. Additionally, Cardiff has launched a Union membership campaign in both San Diego and Los Angeles.

Cardiff is constantly exploring new ways to improve our program, build awareness and develop a program anyone can use.
