Ahead adds four new performance headwear styles

AHEAD has added four new styles to its performance line of headwear for 2012. The new styles of headwear are made of a nylon and polyester blend, keeping golfers dry, cool and comfortable.

"Our 2012 line of headwear is the most complete line in our company history," said Jeff Waller, national sales manager. "We have eight categories of caps with the performance category showing the biggest growth. The fabrics used in the performance category are breathable, lightweight and moisture wicking, giving golfers' more than just protection from the sun but also keeping them cool and dry."

The new AHEAD Performance line features three nylon blend caps and one visor. Each headwear piece has moisture wicking properties for dry, cool comfort.

AHEAD Canvas Nylon - a structured classic fit cap designed for the average to deep head shape. It's lightweight and breathable and is made of a flat nylon and polyester blend with woven inserts.

The cap has a traditional six-panel crown and pre-curved bill and a Velcro closure tab with one size fitting most. The Canvas Nylon cap comes in four colors ? graphite, black, grey, white with contrasting trim along the bill and eyelets of the cap.

AHEAD Nylon Foamy Mesh - an unstructured classic cut cap made of nylon with foamy mesh sides. The cap has a six-panel crown and pre-curved bill with a Velcro closure tab. The cap comes in six color patterns-black/black, graphite/white, red/white, cobalt/white, khaki/white and white/black.

AHEAD Textured Nylon - a structured, classic cut style cap made of smooth nylon and polyester blend. The cap has a traditional six-panel crown and pre-curved bill with a Velcro closure tab.

AHEAD Textured Nylon Visor - made of a smooth nylon and polyester blend, this mid-rise visor has a 2.4 inch rise, pre-curved bill and a Velcro closure tab. It is available in five colors ? black/white, white/black, white/cobalt, white/comet and white/lime.

The AHEAD performance line can be customized using traditional embroidery, vintage label, woven appliqué label, woven appliqué label with embroidery, or the popular rubber appliqué label.
