Some elite creations of leading apparel brands and fashion designers from Taiwan are presently being showcased at Asia's biggest fashion event, “World Boutique, Hong Kong”, the Taiwan Textile Federation (TTF) stated.
About a dozen Taiwanese designers or apparel labels including Fala Fashion Inc., Shih Yulin, Yungchin Chang, Figure Armor and Lin Hui-chi, are showcasing their creations at the four-day fashion event that even hosted a “Taipei in style” fashion parade on January 18.
As informed by the organizers, Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), around 1,900 exhibitors from 25 nations and regions are showcasing their designer items, fashion apparel and accessories at the 10th edition of the fashion fair.
Last week, 13 Taiwanese conglomerates took part in Heimtextil, world's biggest international trade fair for home textiles, held in Frankfurt, Germany.
According to the TTF statistics, the fair helped the Taiwanese exhibitors to bag spot orders worth US$ 510,000, and future orders worth US$ 5.25 million.
According to the organizers, over 70,000 buyers visited the German fair this year, where around 2,600 exhibitors showcased their products.
