FAM Brands acquires luxury apparel brand Tehama Inc

US-based FAM Brands, manufacturer of active wear and lifestyle apparel, has acquired Florida-based Tehama Inc., one of the fastest growing luxury and lifestyle apparel brands in the US.
Established in 1997, Tehama has carved a niche for itself in the high-end men's and womenswear segments. The company uses both knit and woven materials for its casual and weekend wears.
The original Tehama collection was created by designer Nancy Haley and Hollywood actor Clint Eastwood. Subsequently, Tehama has built on golf couture using cutting-edge fabrics to create a stylish yet comfortable look that appeals to men and women.
FAM Brands will be re-launching Tehama as a FAM brand for Spring 2013. The re-launched Tehama, however, would continue to be a luxury lifestyle collection and will be available in department and specialty stores.
