PEI signs three new agreements for girls collection

PEI Licensing, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Perry Ellis International announced that it has entered into new license agreements with Sugar Plum NY Inc., S. Rothschild and Company and Nolan Glove Co., to design, manufacture, and distribute girl's dresses, outerwear and accessories respectively.
Product under all three agreements will launch for the Fall 2012 season and will be available within current Laundry by Shelli Segal channels of distribution as well as children's specialty boutiques throughout the United States.
“Today Laundry by Shelli Segal continues to gain fantastic momentum across both international and domestic markets,” commented Oscar Feldenkreis, President and COO of Perry Ellis International. “We are excited to partner with Sugar Plum, S. Rothschild, and Nolan Glove and benefit from their vast experience in each of their respective categories. We feel our three new partners have the unique ability to interpret the Laundry lifestyle within these product categories.”
