Susanne and Shaun join SuperGroup

SuperGroup Plc, owner of the Superdry brand and one of the fastest growing international branded clothing companies, announces the appointment of Susanne Given in a newly created role as Chief Operating Officer and Shaun Wills, as Chief Financial Officer.

Susanne's prime focus will be operational improvements and driving efficiencies in the UK Retail business. She will also oversee central support functions including marketing, logistics, sourcing, IT and property. She will join the Group and be appointed to the Board on 10 April 2012.

Chas Howes has for some time, for personal reasons, wished to have a role that is less demanding of his time. He will be remaining with the Group but will stand down from the Board on 23 April 2012.

Shaun will join the Group and be appointed to the Board on 23 April 2012.Regarding both Susanne Given and Shaun Wills there are no further matters to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13R.
