TM Lewin, the London-based bespoke apparel retailer known for inventing the 'coat-shirt' nearly 100 years ago, will open its two standalone outlets in Australia.
The brand has already successfully tested Australian market through launch of its shirts in concession stores within Melbourne and Sydney outlets of Australian retailer Myer.
The company will be launching a multimedia campaign to unveil its Melbourne and Sydney outlets. It has roped in advertising agency Ogilvy Sydney to manage the launch of the new retail stores.
Ogilvy is planning to tell the positive brand story of the TM Lewin brand by putting across a number of the brand's unique assets, said Andrew Baxter, CEO of Ogilvy Australia.
TM Lewin currently operates 60 outlets across the UK and also has a presence in Singapore and Malaysia. The retail stores offer a full range of men's and women's casual and business wear and accessories.
