Online shops offer designs geared towards certain sports or specific teams but students and fans can also find "make your own t-shirt" sites to upload a unique image and have it printed onto a garment in a professional manner.

Many schools offer custom sweatshirts to their players as a way of creating a sense of team unity.

When the weather is chilly, teams can trade out their custom t-shirts for custom sweats that include their team name and their own team number.
