PVH Corp. and USPA Accessories, LLC, Concept One Accessories, have entered into a licensing agreement under which USPA Accessories will market and distribute men's and boys' headwear and bags under PVH's Van Heusen brand. The initial term of the licensing agreement runs through 2015 and provides for a renewal at PVH's option.

The new Van Heusen headwear and bag lines will include men's and boys' fashion headwear (excluding knit headwear) in classic shapes and seasonal fabrics, messenger and duffel bags, and briefcases. Product design will incorporate Van Heusen branding. The lines will be distributed at major department stores and specialty stores throughout the United States and Canada.

“As we continue to seek ways to grow the Van Heusen product line, we naturally came upon headwear and bags as a great fit to the portfolio of accessories,” said Ken Wyse, President Licensing & Public Relations of PVH Corp. “USPA Accessories has extensive knowledge and experience in this product category and we look forward to having them on the Van Heusen licensee team to further develop the brand.”

“We are proud of our new partnership with PVH,” Sam Hafif, CEO Concept One said. “They are a world class company, with some of the most powerful fashion brands in the world. We look forward to developing a successful headwear and bag business under the Van Heusen brand, and hope to expand our relationship with PVH in the future.”

PVH Corp., one of the world's largest apparel companies, owns and markets the iconic Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger brands worldwide.

Concept One Accessories is the premier resource for licensed fashion, sports, and entertainment accessories.
